We’re looking for someone who wants to ship fast, learn faster, and leave a visible dent in the product every day. **What You'll Do** * Architect and ship features end-to-end: from backend pipelines to frontend UX. * Build tools that CRE brokers use everyday * Maintain a clean codebase while operating at startup speed. * Collaborate directly with the founders. * Own decisions.

Push code that touches revenue. **You Might Be a Fit If You** * Love shipping quickly with tight feedback loops. * Have strong opinions on how to build scalable APIs and clean UIs—but can flex when needed. * Think in systems and are allergic to unnecessary complexity. * Want to work closely with founders, not buried in ticket systems. --- **Nice to Haves** * Experience with real estate tech, CRMs or data scraping. * Strong eye for UX or interest in generative AI. * Previous early-stage startup or founder experience.
