Our award-winning team is looking to grow, and we are seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to be based at our Gold Coast office who is eager to build their professional experience across a broad range of projects. You will be responsible for providing appropriate design solutions and documentation and ensuring client requirements are achieved in a cost-efficient manner.
As a part of a multidisciplinary group, you will also have the chance to work closely with colleagues in urban design, planning, surveying, project management, heritage and environment to name a few.
As a Landscape Architect in our Gold Coast office, you will have exposure to the full landscape design process across various industry sectors in Queensland, New South Wales, ACT and Victoria. You will work with our award-winning team that have completed projects including:
ABOUT THE JOB
Assist in achieving a successful project from inception to delivery and ensuring client satisfaction through the on-time delivery of a quality product.
Work and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary design team.
Prepares plans and documents for projects using computer-based plans (e.g. Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign and alike)
Produce computer-based diagrams, renders and imagery (e.g. Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and alike)
Assist the project lead in:
Preparing cost estimates
Resolving complex design problems (e.g., grading, construction detailing etc.)
Stakeholder management internally and externally with clients, contractors, sub-consultants and industry bodies.

YOU WILL HAVE
You must have citizenship, PR status or a visa that entitles you to work full time on an ongoing basis for at least three years. We are unable to provide sponsorship for this role.
