TFE Properties, LLC is recruiting for a Maintenance Technician with prior experience for our Hampshire Crossing Apartments located in Lakewood, New Jersey. The candidate must be well organized, self-motivated and adaptable to changing situations. Must be able to perform all types of maintenance duties for our residents. Valid driver license required, basic computer skills a plus. Full-time position that requires weekends and must be flexible with the work week.
