The role
AIPN is hiring a Press Secretary to run our day-to-day press operation. You will own our relationships with the reporters who cover AI, technology, and national security, pitch our principals to them, and run rapid response when news breaks.
This is the right job for someone who has worked a press shop on the Hill, on a campaign, or at an advocacy organization and knows reporters by name.
The specific roles on this team may flex depending on the strengths of the person in this role and the person serving as the Deputy Communications Director. You may take on more direct digital work, more writing/editing work, or more principal-facing strategy.
