Position Overview

This position is responsible for keeping transportation and yard operations running smoothly by serving as the liaison between drivers, transportation providers, and site operations. This position coordinates trailer and load movements, supports driver needs, performs visual safety inspections, and helps prioritize daily transportation activities to ensure materials move efficiently throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and interested in logistics, supply chain operations, and DOT regulations, with the flexibility to support occasional early morning or evening transportation activity.

• Responsible for sizable tasks or processes within operations to ensure efficiencies
• Perform operational documentation functions
• Technically proficient specific areas such as blending, regulatory, supply chain, inventory, etc.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• 5+ years’ relevant experience required

Physical Requirements and Working Environment

• Must be able to stand/sit for an extended period of time
• Ability to frequently lift/push/pull up to 60 pounds
• Must be able to climb/stoop/kneel at heights up to 100 feet
• Works indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures
• Working conditions could include: dust, fumes, moderate noise and uneven surfaces
