Warehouse & Logistics Associate

Location: Kapolei, HI | Pay: $22.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience | Schedule: Full-time day shift

is seeking a dependable Warehouse & Logistics Associate to support warehouse, shipping, receiving, and backup local delivery operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone reliable, organized, safety-focused, and willing to learn.

Why this role is different: We will train the right candidate to use practical AI tools for communication, organization, documentation, and process improvement. No AI experience required.

About the role

• Prepare, package, label, ship, receive, and stage products accurately.
• Operate a forklift and pallet-moving equipment as needed.
• Support inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and warehouse organization.
• Use company systems, carrier websites, email, and basic order tracking tools.
• Serve as a backup non-CDL box truck driver for local deliveries.
• Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized.Describe the role and team the candidate will be joining

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, safety-focused, and comfortable with hands-on work.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and web-based tools.
• Basic math, counting accuracy, and ability to read a tape measure.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and work on your feet in a warehouse environment.
• Warehouse, forklift, shipping, receiving, logistics, or delivery experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Compensation

Pay range is $22.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience. Strong warehouse, forklift, shipping, delivery, and computer skills may be considered toward the higher end. All employees are eligible for a monthly bonus based on overall company performance. This position also includes medical and other typical company benefits, along with paid time off for eligible employees.
