    Primary Job Functions

    This section describes the primary /essential responsibilities that this job performs.

    1. Collaborate with individuals from Human Resources and other related departments to schedule one-on-one job observation times.
    2. Work directly with each area of the department to gain an understanding of the roles within each area as well as the wide variety of positions within the company.
    3. Actively participate in weekly meetings within the department to further understand Human Resources, as well as the company as a whole.
    4. Collaborate with other employees on how to better the future of the company.
    5. Alphabetize and file confidential/government information while maintaining extreme confidentiality.

    Secondary Job Functions

    This section describes the secondary responsibilities that this job performs.

    1. Maintain reliable attendance.
    2. Actively participate in departmental meetings, training and/or educational opportunities.
    3. Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.

    Job Qualifications

    Education:

    ·  High School Diploma or equivalent, Required

    ·  One year of post secondary education in an HR/Business related field, Required

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    ·  Excellent oral and written communication skills

    ·  Excellent interpersonal skills

    ·  Excellent grammar and spelling skills

    ·  Effective time management and organizational skills

    ·  Work independently as well as in a team environment

    ·  Analytical and problem solving skills

    ·  Maintain confidentiality

    ·  Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement

    ·  Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints

    ·  Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, internet

    ·  Perform under strong demands in a fast-paced environment

    ·  Display empathy, understanding and patience with employees and external customers

    ·  Respond professionally in situations with difficult employee/vendor/customer issues or inquires

    Work Environment:

    • This position is located in a climate-controlled office environment with standard lighting and moderate noise levels typical of professional workspace settings. The role primarily involves sitting at a desk for extended periods while working with computers, phones, and other office equipment. The collaborative environment includes interaction with team members and may require attendance at meetings, conference calls, and cross-departmental communications during regular business hours.
