    • Mentorship & Technical Leadership: Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical growth, and engineering craftsmanship.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred.
    • Industry Experience: 14 plus years of experience designing, building, and delivering real-time, scalable, and resilient software applications within Financial Services or similarly complex, high-throughput domains.
    • Data & Persistence: Strong command of relational and analytical database technologies, e.g., KDB / ClickHouse / Oracle, with experience in data modelling, query optimization, and large-scale data management.
