    We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist 2, Client Operations to join our Loans Enablement Platform (LEP) team in Wroclaw, Poland. In this role, you will support a wide range of LEP activities, taking ownership of operational processes, managing exceptions, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality service. You will handle complex cases, contribute to process improvements, and help maintain a strong risk and control environment.

    In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

    • Manage day-to-day operational activities across the LEP, including complex transactions and exceptions.
    • Review and process transactions accurately and in line with procedures and controls.
    • Investigate and resolve issues, breaks, and client inquiries.
    • Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and support service delivery.
    • Help ensure compliance with service levels, controls, and regulatory requirements.
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
    • Support incident management, escalations, and root cause analysis.
    • Perform controls, reconciliations, and quality checks, escalating risks when needed.
    • Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
    • Assist with operational change initiatives, testing, and new client or process onboarding.

    To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

    • 2-4 years of experience in operations, financial services, loan servicing, lending operations, or a similar environment.
    • Prior experience within the Loans business, including loan servicing, lending operations, or syndicated loan administration, is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
    • Ability to work independently and manage complex tasks effectively.
    • Understanding of operational controls, risk management, and escalation procedures.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across teams.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
    • A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality.
    • Strong attention to detail, ownership, and accountability
