The position requires a strong understanding of financial planning, resource forecasting, organizational structures, and management reporting, along with the ability to translate workforce data into practical recommendations for senior leadership.

    • Collaborate with Finance and the People Team to ensure workforce assumptions are accurate, consistent, and aligned across planning processes.

    • Prepare materials for senior management reviews, including workforce updates, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.

    • Identify structural risks and opportunities in the workforce model, including critical skills gaps, capacity constraints, and efficiency opportunities.
