Job Summary
EMCOR Services Betlem has been in the facilities management business for over 100 years, maintaining facilities, designing, building, and servicing HVAC, refrigeration, controls, ductwork, and piping systems for new construction, renovation, and retrofit projects.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- General commercial building maintenance as directed by client.
- Provide general maintenance, carpentry, painting, and lighting services.
- Build shipping crates as directed.
- Minor plumbing and electrical maintenance and repairs.
- General repair service (masonry, roofing, walls, fences, ceilings, doors, parking lot patches, etc.).
- Assist with workstation relocations, office configurations, and office moves.
- Communicate with the client and our staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Comply with corporate policy on safety, work ethics and time constraints.
- Plan ahead on projects to ensure the highest level of productivity on the job.
Qualifications

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- OSHA 10-hour certification.
