As a Project Coordinator I at Boldt, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of construction projects from start to finish. Working closely with Project Managers, Estimators, field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, you will help keep projects organized, efficient, and on track. This position serves as a key connection point for project teams by coordinating documentation, supporting procurement activities, managing project records, and assisting with reporting related to safety, quality, cost, and equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and project support functions that help drive operational excellence. From maintaining project files and processing accounts payable and payroll activities to supporting billing efforts and tracking extra work, your attention to detail will help ensure projects run smoothly. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, distribute critical project information, manage data within company systems, and provide valuable support to project leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to team success.

What You Bring
A High School diploma is required. An associate degree in business/accounting or related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- One to two years of construction accounting experience or equivalent combination of training or experience.
A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons’ ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.
Nice to Have
Less than a year of related experience (internship experience preferred) with a working knowledge of construction methods, equipment, drawings, specifications, and applicable building standards.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to take initiative, communicate effectively, and work across teams to achieve results with minimal oversight.
Compensation
Target Hiring Range: $67,000.00–$83,000.00 annually
The anticipated salary range for this position is $67,000.00 - $83,000.00 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Candidates whose experience or expertise substantially exceed the requirements of the role are encouraged to apply, as compensation may be reviewed based on individual qualifications.
