Services include acquisitions, facility expansions, planning, design and construction, leasing and physician alignment, and market analysis.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $21 to $25 per hour. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program. Preferred majors/concentrations in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or related fields.
• Strong communication skills, including a willingness and comfortability to create and maintain relationships by means of cold and warm phone calls.
• All candidates must demonstrate a strong desire and aptitude to pursue a career in commercial real estate
• Goal oriented, with a focus on personal development
• Evidence of high academic achievement with current or prior elected leadership experience preferred. Passion and desire to work in the construction industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ability to work optimally with minimum supervision.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future

Nice to Have

• Prior work experience, internship preferred but not required.
