    Job description

The Boldt Company, a subsidiary of the Boldt Group

    Location: GM Arlington, Texas

At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.

Join Boldt's automotive and industrial construction team supporting projects at one of the nation's premier automotive manufacturing facilities in Arlington, Texas. As a Senior Industrial Estimator, you will lead preconstruction and estimating efforts for manufacturing, production, facility expansion, process improvement, infrastructure, and capital construction projects. Working closely with owners, engineers, architects, trade partners, and project teams, you'll develop conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, GMP proposals, value engineering solutions, bid strategies, and cost models that help deliver successful projects from planning through construction.

The ideal candidate brings experience estimating industrial, manufacturing, automotive, heavy commercial, mission-critical, or process facility projects and has a strong understanding of construction means and methods, subcontractor procurement, conceptual estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost planning, and risk analysis. Experience with GMP, design-build, integrated project delivery, BIM tools, and self-perform construction is highly valued. If you're passionate about construction, enjoy solving complex project challenges, and want to help build the next generation of automotive manufacturing facilities, we'd love to talk with you.

If you're an experienced construction professional looking to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply and start a conversation with us.
