We are currently seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Technician for a direct hire position in Stevens Point, WI.
- Design, build, modify, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade parts, equipment and plant systems.
- Perform simple electrical and plumbing repairs. Install and start up new equipment, disassemble and move large equipment, participate in research and development of new products and processes, recommend repairs and improvements, interface with vendors and assist with electrical and preventive maintenance work.
- Associate degree in Maintenance or a minimum of 4 years maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and maintaining equipment to code.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
- Good communication skills.Ability to work independently.
Pay range is based on experience and includes full benefits.
