A Brief Overview
This role is designed for a hands-on, implementation-oriented automation developer who will help build automations for clinical and operational use cases. This position will focus on building and evaluating safe, scalable, and reusable solutions for healthcare environments. All projects focus on helping clinical and operational staff spend less time on manual work and more time on activities that directly support patient care and organizational outcomes. Representative projects focus on all areas of the hospital and may include RPA, Intelligent Automation, and AI agent workloads. The role will work closely with business and technical teams to design and deliver solutions with a focus on adopting reusable architectures, enforcing standards, and ensuring the delivery of governed, scalable solutions. Success in this role requires balancing innovation with responsible governance, ensuring all automations meet organizational standards for security, privacy, reliability, and patient safety. The ideal candidate will be excited by creating solutions to all problems found in a clinical and operational healthcare setting.
