The Job
Our Chef de Partie is passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences and maintaining the high standards of quality and service Maison CouCou is known for. They are skilled, dedicated, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, taking responsibility for their section while ensuring all preparations and dishes are executed with precision, consistency, and attention to detail. Responsibilities
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while leading and supporting the kitchen team
Take responsibility for your section and prepare high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards
Guide junior team members while sharing knowledge and supporting their development
Manage busy service periods while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail
Contribute to exceptional food experiences and overall guest satisfaction
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-quality hospitality environment
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety procedures, and HACCP standards
Passion for cooking, with excellent attention to detail, consistency, and quality
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage your section efficiently during busy service periods
A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to support the kitchen team and adapt to changing demands
