The Front Office Manager will lead front desk and guest-service operations at Silver Sands Beach, Jeddah, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and professional experience for all guests. The role will supervise the front office team, coordinate with other departments, and support smooth daily operations.
Manage reception, guest services, bookings, check-in/check-out, and cashiering procedures.
Lead, schedule, train, and motivate the front office team.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service recovery.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and operations teams.
Maintain accurate guest records, reports, payments, and shift handovers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Saudi regulations.
Support VIP visits, special events, peak periods, and seasonal operations.
Monitor guest satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service quality.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of front office or guest-service experience, preferably in a resort, beach club, hotel, or leisure destination.
Previous supervisory or management experience.
Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is preferred.
Strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
Knowledge of booking systems, Microsoft Office, cash handling, and guest-relations procedures.
Professional appearance and ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
