    Job description

Football Coach at The Foxes Club – Inspire Young Players, One Session at a Time!

Location: Central & South West London (Holland Park/Hyde Park/Battersea Park/Hurlingham Park)
Hours: Term-time weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday mornings)
Pay: £12-20 per hour (depending on experience)

    About Us

At The Foxes Club, we believe sport should be fun, inclusive and inspiring. We’re on a mission to become London’s leading youth sports provider, delivering high-quality football sessions that help children grow in confidence, coordination and love for the game.

Our weekend football programme continues to grow, and we’re looking for enthusiastic Football Coaches to join our team and help deliver exciting sessions in a supportive, energetic environment.

    Your Weekend Coaching Schedule

We offer guaranteed term-time hours, with flexibility built in:

    • Saturday: 09:30–12:30
    • Sunday: 09:30–12:30

You do not need to commit to both days; availability for either Saturday or Sunday is absolutely fine.

Most coaches will be based at one main site, helping build consistency and strong relationships with players and parents.

    Who We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for someone at the start of their coaching journey or looking to gain experience in grassroots football.

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

    • Enthusiastic, reliable and great with children
    • Confident working with children aged 18 months to 12 years
    • Happy delivering mixed-ability sessions in a fun, engaging way
    • Comfortable taking the lead on sessions (with support available)
    • Keen to learn, develop and grow as a coach

Some experience working with children is a big plus, but no formal coaching qualifications are required to apply. (If you have them, even better!)

    What You’ll Do

    • Deliver fun, engaging football sessions focused on movement, skills and confidence
    • Work mostly in a delivery-focused coaching role
    • Follow The Foxes Club session structure and syllabus
    • Create a safe, welcoming and positive environment for every child
    • Build rapport with players and parents on-site
    • Support the smooth running of weekend sessions

    What’s in Your Court

    • £15-21 per session, with clear progression opportunities
    • Guaranteed weekend hours during term time
    • Stylish Nike coaching uniform
    • Funded FA coaching qualifications for coaches keen to progress
    • Opportunities to pick up extra hours through holiday camps and midweek programmes
    • A supportive, friendly team that genuinely wants you to succeed

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

We keep things simple, supportive and fun. No corporate fluff — just great coaching, great people and a genuine passion for youth sport.

Whether you’re exploring coaching alongside studies, another job, or as a first step into sports development, this is a brilliant place to grow.

    Ready to Get Started?

If you’re excited to inspire young players and be part of a fast-growing, positive coaching team, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply now and let’s make playtime the best time, together
