    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Designs and executes a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent across all departments.
    • Leads talent acquisition initiatives to fill open roles quickly with high-quality candidates.
    • Champions employee engagement programs that boost morale, satisfaction, and connection to company goals.
    • Partners with leaders on employee retention tactics to reduce turnover and support long-term staff loyalty.
    • Facilitates effective performance management processes that encourage professional growth and accountability.
    • Provides expert human resources guidance and drives strategic HR business partnering across all business units.
    • Elevates our employer branding to position the company as a preferred workplace in the market.
    • Conducts workforce planning to forecast future staffing needs and align talent with business objectives.
    • Spearheads organizational development projects that improve team efficiency, structure, and communication.
    • Makes key decisions on talent deployment, conflict resolution, and policy application to support a healthy workplace.

    Required Qualifications

    Education

    • Holds a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
    • Possesses relevant HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR (preferred).

    Experience

    • Brings five or more years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on talent strategy and employee relations.
    • Demonstrates a proven track record in designing successful hiring campaigns and retention programs.

    Knowledge/Skills

    • Applies deep expertise in recruitment strategy and talent acquisition best practices.
    • Understands modern employee engagement and employee retention methodologies.
    • Navigates complex human resources policies and performance management frameworks.
    • Communicates clearly and builds trust with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Analyzes data to inform workforce planning and organizational development decisions.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment or high-growth industry.
    • Familiarity with digital HR tools, applicant tracking systems, and engagement survey platforms.

    Skills & Abilities

    • High ethical standards, strong judgment, and proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
    • Proactive problem solver who can recognize issues early and develop effective, collaborative solutions.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of influencing and building trust at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong active listening skills and empathy in employee interactions.
    • Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on operational tasks.
    • Self-directed and independent, while also excelling in collaborative environments.
    • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Comfortable with frequent travel to multiple locations, sometimes on short notice.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including onboarding, benefits, payroll, employee relations, performance management, investigations, and coaching.
    • Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills.
    • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various sites across Massachusetts as required.

    Experience in HR Specialties

    • Demonstrated expertise in at least two of the following areas:
      • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
      • Recruitment Branding & Outreach
      • Employee Engagement Strategy & Program Management
      • Retention Program Development & Implementation
      • HR Data Analysis & Metrics Reporting
      • Performance Management & Coaching for Retention
