- The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP/SF modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
- Design, configuration and testing in various SAP SF Modules: EC, PMGM, RM, on boarding, Succession Development, LMS Etc.
- Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need
- Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients
- Carry out complex or novel assignments
Essential Skills Job - Must possess min of 1-3 yrs of experience in SAP SF EC or minimum of 1 implementation and support project
- Minimum One -Life cycle implementation of any SF modules i.e., EC, PMGM, RM, on boarding, Succession Development, LMS Etc. is must
- Certification in any of the SF modules is must
- Should have strong functional knowledge of the system
- Should be organized and focused on delivering tasks within defined deadlines
- Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills
- Experience in customer relationship management using highly professional verbal and oral communication skills
Personal - Should have understanding of business objectives and organization structure
- The candidate must have strong work ethics and trustworthiness
- The candidate should work accurately with attention to detail by maintaining confidentiality and integrity
- Must be highly collaborative and team oriented with commitment to excellence
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve the multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables, with a mature approach
Preferred Skills Job- SFECP or SAP HR payroll exp will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors solution framework, ASAP and ACTIVATE methodologies
- The candidate should have a good problem-solving approach
- Must be good in Microsoft Office (Advanced)
- Self-motivated, fast learner with the ability to operate independently
