Consultant/Sr. Consultant - SAP HCM

• The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP HCM – India Payroll modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

• Design, configuration and testing in various SAP HCM Payroll sub-modules.

• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need

• Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients

• Carry out complex or novel assignments

Essential Skills

Job 

• Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP India Payroll

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of India-specific statutory compliance

• Skills: Effective communication and client-handling skills

• Background: Experience in either real-time implementation or support will be suitable

• Should have strong functional knowledge of the system

• Should be organized and focused on delivering tasks within defined deadlines

• Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills

Personal  

• Adhering to client-specific work timings and calendars

• Being available and flexible during Payroll Week, which may involve: 

• Supporting clients during extended or odd hours

• Providing on-site support at client locations during payroll execution, when required

• Ensuring seamless payroll processing and timely salary crediting

• Given the business-critical nature of payroll operations, full commitment and flexibility from the candidate are essential.

•  Should have understanding of business objectives and organization structure

• The candidate must have strong work ethics and trustworthiness 

• The candidate should work accurately with attention to detail by maintaining confidentiality and integrity
