location:
Miami, FL. Will travel to various locations throughout U.S. for temp. assignments. Working from home in any U.S. location is an option.
Duties:
- Resp. for generating & developing business such as project diagnostics, proposal develop. & sales calls using Oracle HCM.
- Manage & lead multiple engagement & project teams & identify & resolve issues critical to clients' strategic & operational success.
- Implement & lead implement. efforts for HR tech. programs for Oracle technologies.
- Provide tech/func. content & present conclusions & recomms. to sr. client mgmt.
- Oversee support of sales cycle.
- Requires: M.S.
- (or foreign equiv.) in Comp.
- Sci., Eng. or related field & 3 yrs. exp. in job offered or 3 yrs. exp. as a Director or Sr.
- Mgr.
- Will accept B.S.
- (or foreign equiv.) & 5 yrs. mgrl. exp. in the computer ind. in lieu of M.S. & 3 yrs. exp.
- Concurrent exp. must incl.: 3 yrs. exp. supporting sales cycle; & 3 yrs. exp. using Oracle HCM.
