Team Lead-Oracle EPM EDM

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, design, develop, document, and support EDMCS Application

• Perform unit, system, and support user testing associated with the Oracle EDMCS application. 

• Build and support Integrations to move Metadata from EDMCS to EPM Cloud applications 

• Develop technical and functional Oracle Cloud EDMCS admin and user documentation including but not limited to requirements, design, code testing, end-user documents, etc.

• Attend client meetings and capture key requirements and transform requirements to design

• Perform project tasks independently, and may direct the efforts of others

• Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract.

• Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues.

• Review deliverables for accuracy and quality

• Provides training to junior staff.

• Manages own personal and professional development, seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experiences to all EPM products.

• Lead Consultant will be responsible for understanding the project plans, timelines, regular status reports, risk, and issue logs, and working with the appropriate teams to ensure our teams deliver on the required activities and tasks.    

• As a subject matter expert, he/she employs independent judgment in guiding moderately complex activities involved in the successful implementation of business solutions, ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget and customer satisfaction.

• Analyzes business needs to ensure Hackett’s solution meets the customer objectives.

• Effectively applies Hackett’s methodologies, policies, and procedures while adhering to contractual obligations.

Essential Skills

Job 

To qualify for the role, the candidate must have:

• Over 5+ years of Hyperion/EPM experience in the areas of administration, design, analysis, development, and Support of applications in various domains and products related to data warehousing, and EPM applications and tools (Hyperion), Oracle Cloud (Fusion)

• Hands-on experience in implementing EDMCS, with strong application development skills. Knowledge of Hyperion DRM is an added advantage

• Should have worked on designing the workflow and Metadata Management in EDMCS.

• Strong understanding of Views, Viewpoints, Requests, Governance workflows & Approvals, Data Objects, Node Type converters, subscriptions, Data Chain objects, Expression Builders, and Extract

• Integration to EPM Cloud applications

• Automate the EPM jobs/process using the EPMautomate /REST APIs

• Must be able to work independently to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues prior to their occurrence.

• Strong skills across MS word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Office, and other collaboration and unified communication tools.

• Should be open to adopt new technologies.

• Having Oracle Cloud certification is an added advantage “Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud 2025 Implementation Professional (1Z0-1086-22)”

Preferred Skills

Job

• Must have experience with any Oracle EPM application (EDMCS is Mandatory and Preferably EPBCS, FCCS & ARCS)

• Should be flexible to work for long hours to overlap with the EST, CST, and PST working hours.

• Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Should have a positive attitude. 

• MBA Finance or Candidate with good finance domain background is a Plus.

• Oracle Cloud Certifications in the Cloud EPM workstream are a Plus.
