The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD (“The HARRIS CENTER”) is looking for a Residential Specialist to join our team. The Residential Specialist provides direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) residing in Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF). This role ensures the health, safety, and wellbeing of residents by assisting with daily living activities, implementing individualized service plans, and promoting independence and community integration. Travel required.
