SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE The Scheduler is responsible for daily billing prep, confirming readiness and scheduling installation/service. The position will also provide support to the operations in areas such as assisting customers and sales personnel in all aspects of the Installation/Service Process, including product information, availability, scheduling, and/or returns. The position will assist the logistics team with daily scheduling tasks.
Essential Functions
- Work and maintain all incoming install, deliveries, shipments, pre-walks and follow up request via inbox/email.
- Call builders/customers to verify job readiness.
- Schedule orders by requested ship date and maintain organized filing.
- Build install purchase orders.
- Install invoice processing and communication.
- Respond to telephone inquiries and assist in solving questions from internal and external customers
- Answer incoming calls and emails timely & professionally
- Perform other duties as requested by Operations and Logistics manager

- Previous Customer Service work experience is required; previous work experience in our industry is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word
