Lead Line Cook will assist the Chef and Sous Chef in preparing food for all food outlets on the property. Lead Line Cook will also perform other related task to food preparation, kitchen sanitation/cleanliness as directed by the Executive Chef. This position requires adhering to all procedural guidelines established by Alta Vista Country Club.
