    Job description

    About The Lisinski Law Firm

Since 2020, Lisinski Law Firm has served as a dedicated humanitarian immigration practice committed to providing meaningful support to individuals and families seeking safety, stability, and a path forward. We frequently stand with clients who have been turned away elsewhere, offering both advocacy and care. Joining our Firm means becoming part of a team devoted to keeping families together and “Changing as Many Lives as Possible.”

    About the Role

The SharePoint Administrator plays a vital role in creating a seamless, secure, and efficient digital workplace. This position provides high-quality Tier 1 support while partnering with SharePoint Engineers on strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives—offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to both daily operations and long-term platform enhancements.

    Your Key Contributions

    • Execute complex SharePoint permissions strategies, including safely breaking inheritance, designing group-based access, and strictly adhering to least-privilege models.
    • Build and maintain high-utility Power Automate workflows.
    • Implement and maintain modern SharePoint architecture, Hub Site association, and site provisioning
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on the functional differences between Teams Sites and other communication sites to guide departmental “owners” to the appropriate solution.
    • Assist in the oversight of Personally Identifiable Information security protection, sensitivity labels, and data retention policies within the Microsoft 365 environment.
    • Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to translate business pain points into scalable low-maintenance SharePoint solutions.
    • Perform routine maintenance and configuration within the SharePoint Admin Center and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

What Makes You a Great Fit

    • Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
    • 2+ years of dedicated experience as a SharePoint Administrator or Power Platform Specialist
    • Demonstrated experience with SharePoint migration projects and a solid understanding of M365- file-sharing protocols
    • Basic familiarity with PowerShell for bulk administrative tasks
    • Clear technical communication skills, with a unique ability to translate complex information to non-technical users
    • Understanding of basic PII (Personally Identifiable Information) protection standards
    • Proven experience managing a ticket queue independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment

    Work Schedule

    • Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time

    Equipment Requirements

    For PC Users:

    • A modern processor (Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 from the last few years)

    • At least 8 GB of memory (RAM) to run applications smoothly
    • A fast hard drive with sufficient available storage

    How You'll Benefit

    • Paid Time Off (PTO) – including vacation, sick leave, and personal days, consistent with the local country’s requirements.
    • Paid Holidays – country specific public holidays.
    • Locally aligned health benefits – such as medical, dental, vision, disability, and other required national benefits aligned to local laws and norms.
    • Local payroll in native currency – with all taxes, social contributions, and statutory benefits automatically calculated and handled.
