The Loren at Pink Beach is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our world-class hospitality team. This versatile role is designed to provide support across the housekeeping department, with training in Room Attendant, Public Area, and Houseman responsibilities to ensure seamless operations and consistent service standards. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences by maintaining cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail throughout the property. You will represent the hotel with professionalism, warmth, and integrity while responding promptly to guest needs.

 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Organize and facilitate the daily room cleaning process, including bed-making, dusting, vacuuming, and bathroom sanitation.
• Replenish amenities, guestroom supplies, and bath products according to hotel standards.
• Perform rotation cleaning duties such as spring cleaning and deep cleaning as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned work areas at all times.
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist with VIP room setups and communicate guest needs to relevant departments.
• Follow all hotel SOPs, health and safety regulations, and lost-and-found procedures.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to the Maintenance/Engineering Department.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering service excellence in every task.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or private residence is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Pleasant, honest, and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service abilities.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Reliable attendance record with a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
