Overview
All applicants must possess a genuine interest in working with children & Pre teens ages 3-12. Must be willing to commit the required energy, enthusiasm and cooperation in all aspects of the training and hands on portions of the program.
This is a great opportunity for a local individual as our housing is full for the 2026 season.
Responsibilities
- Comfortable with giving instructions for daily events and maintaining head count and of all participant in your selected group.
- Must maintain a safe environment at all times on and off property.
- A positive and cooperative attitude and pleasant disposition are critical to this position.
- Counselors are required to supervise and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, following outlined protocols for daily activities and field trips.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children
- Excellent people skills and outgoing personality
- Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Must have a positive attitude one who truly enjoys working with children
- Successful applicant will pass pre-employment background check
