As a Facility & Event Operations Assistant, you will help prepare, maintain, and recover the venue for a wide variety of events. This position combines facility housekeeping, event support, and event setup and teardown responsibilities to help ensure our guests, performers, athletes, and staff have a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience.
Primary Responsibilities
• Set up and tear down event spaces, meeting rooms, concourses, and other venue areas
• Assist with facility preparation before events and post-event cleanup
• Perform housekeeping duties including trash removal, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and restroom upkeep
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of offices, locker rooms, training areas, meeting rooms, and public spaces
• Operate cleaning equipment and assist with basic facility maintenance tasks
• Support operations during concerts, athletic events, and special events
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete assigned responsibilities
Shifts Available
Daily Operations Shifts (Monday-Friday)
• 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM (3:00pm-7:00 PM during summer months)
Event Setup & Event Support Shifts
• Primarily evenings and weekends
• Support event setups, event operations, facility preparations, event coverage, and post-event cleanup
Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.
