Job Description

The Director of Field & Partner Marketing will lead The Redesign Group’s integrated field, experiential, and partner marketing strategy, bringing together regional programs, corporate events, partner initiatives, MDF, sponsorships, and merchandise into a cohesive, measurable marketing portfolio.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this leader will oversee a team of Field & Experiential Marketing and Partner Marketing Managers. The role is responsible for aligning investments to Sales, Alliances, OEM, and company priorities; maximizing pipeline and partner impact; and building the strategy, systems, and accountability needed for managers to independently own planning, budgets, execution, and measurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an integrated annual and quarterly Field, Experiential & Partner Marketing strategy aligned to company growth, regional Sales priorities, and partner objectives.
• Guide regional field marketing plans, ensuring programs and investments are prioritized against pipeline opportunity, customer engagement, and measurable business impact.
• Provide strategic oversight of corporate events, trade shows, flagship experiences, webinars, and regional programs while empowering managers to own end-to-end execution.
• Lead partner marketing strategy across key OEM and alliance relationships, creating integrated plans that align partner priorities, Redesign solutions, campaigns, and field programs.
• Lead the strategy and governance for MDF, sponsorships, and partner-funded initiatives, including allocation, utilization, compliance, and measurement.
• Manage the consolidated portfolio and budget across field marketing, corporate events, merchandise, partner marketing, MDF, and sponsorships, making investment decisions based on expected impact and ROI.
• Establish consistent measurement and reporting across the portfolio, including pipeline influence, engagement, partner contribution, cost efficiency, and ROI.
• Build scalable operating systems for planning, budgeting, intake, prioritization, execution, and post-program reporting that create consistency and accountability across the team.
• Lead, coach, and develop Field & Experiential and Partner Marketing Managers, setting clear expectations and enabling strong independent ownership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience across field, experiential, partner, event, or integrated marketing, including people leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success building field and partner marketing strategies that align to Company and Sales priorities and contribute to pipeline and revenue goals.
• Strong experience with partner ecosystems, MDF, sponsorships, co-marketing, and partner-funded programs; technology solutions provider experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex marketing portfolios and budgets, prioritize investments, and connect activity to measurable business outcomes.
• Strong operational discipline with experience building scalable planning, budgeting, measurement, and reporting processes.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with Sales, Alliances, OEMs, executives, and Marketing teams.
• Strategic, analytical, and decisive leadership style with the ability to set direction while empowering managers to independently execute.

Additional Compensation: This position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation and/or bonus opportunities based on individual and company performance.
