Our collaborative team includes neuropsychologists, psychotherapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, executive function coaches, and behavior analysts working together to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment services.

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and collaborative Behavior Interventionist (RBT) to join our expanding ABA department. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), providing high-quality, individualized behavioral intervention services across clinic, school, home, and community settings.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing multidisciplinary practice while receiving ongoing mentorship, supervision, and professional development from an experienced team of BCBAs. As our ABA department continues to expand, Registered Behavior Technicians will play an integral role in delivering exceptional care while collaborating with professionals across multiple disciplines.

Behavior Interventionist (RBT) Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Deliver services across clinic, school, home, and community settings as assigned.
• Collaborate with teachers and school personnel to ensure consistent implementation of behavior support strategies.
• Collect accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data using electronic data collection systems.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs regarding client progress, treatment implementation, and clinical concerns.
• Assist with preparation of individualized teaching materials and therapeutic supports.
• Participate in parent coaching sessions as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate effectively with families, educators, physicians, and members of Sasco River Center's multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Participate in regular supervision meetings, staff meetings, and ongoing clinical training.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical documentation.
• Follow BACB ethical standards and organizational policies to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
• Perform additional clinical responsibilities as assigned.

• Complimentary 40-hour RBT training is provided for employees who are not currently certified or whose RBT certification has lapsed.
