    Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC)

    Employment Type: W-2 Full-Time, W-2 Part-Time, or 1099 opportunities available (varies by practice)
    Schedule: Varies by practice (some opportunities may include evenings/weekends)
    Location: In-person, hybrid, or remote within applicable states

    ARC Health partners is a managed service organization that partners with clinician-led mental health practices to provide operational and recruiting support while preserving each practice’s culture and clinical autonomy. This structure allows clinicians to find opportunities that align with their professional goals, preferred populations, and work style. This posting is a general application for licensed therapists interested in current or upcoming opportunities within our partner practices.

    Licensed Mental Health Therapists at our partner practices provide high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in these roles typically includes maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, completing documentation accurately and on time, and collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

    Please note: ARC Health supports recruiting for partner practices. All employment decisions, compensation, and clinical operations are managed directly by the individual practices.
