Host/Hostess

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Hostess to join our team. The Host/Hostess will welcome guests, manage reservations, escort customers to their tables, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all patrons.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
2. Answer phone calls and inquiries regarding reservations.
3. Manage the reservation book and coordinate seating arrangements.

Escort customers to their assigned tables.
5. Provide menus and notify wait staff of table assignments.
6. Monitor table turnover and communicate any delays to customers.
7. Assist in setting up the dining area and maintain cleanliness.
8. Collaborate with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth operation.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. High school diploma or equivalent.
