Overview
Under general supervision, serves food and beverages to Complex guests in a courteous and efficient manner
Responsibilities
- Adheres to weekly schedule as assigned. This can vary and needs to be checked when prepared.
- Accepts all duties in dishwashing, line, and dining room as assigned.
- Reports in uniform attire; must be neat & clean while on duty.
- Adheres to DR operations & guidelines (DR attached) set forth by Director.
- Notifies Kitchen Manager if there are changes in ability to adhere to assigned schedule.
- Performs clean-up duties after each meal service and prepares and sets up for next meal.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Effective communication skills
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent preferred
