Based at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, you’ll provide safe, reliable non-emergency transportation for patients traveling between hospitals, clinics, nursing facilities, private homes, and other care locations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the road, working independently, and interacting with people while still being part of a supportive healthcare team. While this is not a direct patient care position, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a patient’s day by providing a safe, comfortable, and positive transportation experience.

    • Four Days Off: Enjoy a condensed three-day work week with four days away from your regularly scheduled shifts
    • No Direct Patient Care: Make an impact within healthcare without providing hands-on clinical care
    • Meaningful Work: Help patients safely and comfortably travel to appointments, facilities, and home
    • Independent Role: Spend your day on the road while remaining part of a collaborative healthcare team

    • Dependable and responsible, with a strong commitment to safety
    • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
    • Strong judgment, common sense, and problem-solving skills
