This is an incentive based remote work 1099 contractor role at a quickly growing payments analytics and consulting firm based in Omaha Nebraska. The Senior Associate at TSG is a highly motivated seasoned payments professional with a well-rounded background in the merchant acquiring industry.
The Senior Associate in this position will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem with the ability to provide value to TSG’s clients. Although prior consulting experience is not a prerequisite, the individual will need to learn the product and services that TSG provides to its clients, participate in the sales process, analyze complex information, and extract key insights to present findings to inform decisions.
The Senior Payments Consultant is a critical role for our clients with a focus on supporting high quality, high visibility programs and projects with leading payment firms. This includes managing and working with executive leadership teams and senior management teams from various payments companies. The outcome of this work allows our clients to accelerate business growth and therefore, the work product must be exceptional, both quantitatively and qualitatively.

What You’ll Do:
· Participate in the sales process for research and consulting project opportunities by analyzing the client needs with TSG expertise and capabilities.
· Lead and manage consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
· Develop strong client relationships and function as a trusted advisor during the client engagement.
· Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify client needs, market trends, and best practices.
· Develop and present strategic recommendations to clients, supported by data-driven insights and actionable plans.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that address client challenges.
· Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and report progress to clients and internal stakeholders.
· Provide updates on projects identifying any issues in a timely manner.
· Present findings and project deliverables to executive leadership teams.
· Continuously seek opportunities to expand TSG’s service offerings and contribute to business development efforts.
