    • Build and execute a comprehensive influencer and creator marketing strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
    • Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, talent agencies, and strategic partners.
    • Oversee the planning and execution of consumer events, creator experiences, retailer activations, brand partnerships, and community engagement programs.
    • Develop integrated campaigns that connect social, influencer, experiential, and retail marketing initiatives.
    • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks across social media, influencer, creator, community, experiential, and advocacy programs.
    • Analyze campaign performance and leverage insights to optimize future strategies and maximize ROI.
    • Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, PR, Sales, Retail Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment across all consumer-facing initiatives.
    • Manage agency partners and external vendors while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Stay ahead of emerging social trends, platform updates, creator partnerships, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • 8+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, brand marketing, experiential marketing, or integrated marketing.
    • Proven success developing and executing social media and influencer strategies for a consumer-facing brand.
    • Experience leading creator partnerships, talent relationships, and influencer campaigns at scale.
    • Strong understanding of today's social media platforms, content trends, and creator ecosystem.
    • Experience planning and executing consumer events, experiential marketing programs, and retail activations.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience developing KPIs, measuring campaign performance, and translating insights into action.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Experience managing agencies, external partners, and marketing budgets is preferred.
    • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.
