    Chippendale Campus

    About the role

    You will lead the Schools administration team and operations, ensuring efficient, high quality support across the School of Nursing and Midwifery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination, records management, correspondence, and stakeholder liaison.
    • Manage data, reports, documentation, submissions, and written communications.
    • Coordinate financial administration, including purchase orders, invoicing, payments, and record keeping.
    • Respond to student, staff, and partner enquiries, including clinical placement support.
    • Coordinate the administration team's workload and ensure efficient service delivery.
    • Support timetabling, teaching administration, grades, and student records.
    • Coordinate events, workshops, orientations, and training activities.
    • Contribute to projects, policy reviews, and process improvement initiatives.

    Qualifications, skills & experience

    • Possession of a degree qualification with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training.
    • Demonstrated administrative capability with previous experience within a university or tertiary environment, would be highly desirable.
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, timetabling systems, and administrative technologies.
    • Sound understanding of policies, procedures, and data management practices.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and a service-focused approach.
    • Proven ability to prepare accurate, high-quality documentation and reports.
    • Knowledge of nursing and midwifery clinical placement, accreditation, and regulatory requirements is desirable.
