The Senior Lifecycle Marketer is a growth-oriented marketing leader responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing patient and referral lifecycle programs across Prism Vision Group practices. This role owns email marketing and related growth opportunities that support patient acquisition, retention, reactivation, provider growth, and practice-level performance:

    • Cross-functional campaign planning, performance reporting, and optimization

This is a highly operational, hands-on role that translates growth priorities into targeted, measurable lifecycle campaigns across a complex, multi-practice healthcare organization.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    Email Marketing & Lifecycle Campaigns

    • Own annual planning, weekly execution, and optimization of email marketing programs across PVG practices
    • Develop segmented lifecycle campaigns for acquisition, retention, recall, reactivation, and cross-service growth
    • Create and manage campaign calendars aligned to practice priorities, provider ramp-up plans, seasonal needs, and growth opportunities
    • Partner with practice leaders, operations, provider relations, and marketing team members to identify campaign opportunities and ensure operational readiness
    • Write, QA, deploy, and monitor patient-facing email communications in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed

    Growth Opportunities & Practice Support

    • Identify and execute growth opportunities across PVG practices, including new provider ramp-up, underutilized services, location-specific campaigns, and patient access initiatives
    • Translate practice and provider growth needs into targeted marketing campaigns with clear objectives, audiences, timelines, and success measures
    • Partner with operations and provider relations to support campaigns tied to appointment availability, referral growth, recall opportunities, and patient conversion
    • Support development of reusable campaign playbooks, templates, and workflows that can scale across practices
    • Ensure campaigns are aligned with PVG brand standards, compliance requirements, and practice-specific messaging needs

    Analytics, Optimization & Reporting

    • Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, appointment-related outcomes, list growth, engagement trends, and conversion signals where available
    • Use data to recommend campaign improvements, audience refinements, content updates, testing opportunities, and future growth strategies
    • Develop recurring performance summaries for marketing leadership, practice stakeholders, and cross-functional partners
    • Maintain reporting cadence for stakeholders, covering campaign performance, engagement trends, segmentation effectiveness, and optimization opportunities

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • 5–8+ years in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, CRM marketing, growth marketing, or marketing automation, preferably within healthcare, multi-site provider groups, MSOs, or other distributed service organizations
    • Proven experience in:
      • Email campaign strategy, execution, segmentation, and optimization
      • Lifecycle marketing programs tied to acquisition, retention, recall, reactivation, or conversion
      • Cross-functional campaign management across marketing, operations, analytics, and vendor partners
    • Strong writing and design ability for patient-facing communications, campaign messaging, and stakeholder updates
    • Comfort using data to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and recommend next steps
    • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, email service provider, or patient communication platforms; healthcare compliance experience preferred
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns across practices, providers, and priorities
