The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing team. This position manages both pre-litigation and litigation personal injury matters, handling cases throughout the lifecycle from intake through resolution. The attorney will be responsible for case strategy, client counseling, settlement negotiations, litigation oversight, and advancing cases through all appropriate stages of representation.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Miami Lakes office located at 7900 NW 154th Street, Miami Lakes, FL 33016. Employees are required to work from the office five (5) days per week during regular business hours. Remote, hybrid, or flexible work arrangements are not available for this role. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to and work on-site at the Miami Lakes office each workday.
