Events Lead (Part-Time)

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including tablescapes, décor, signage, and service stations
• Support event execution, ensuring timelines and service standards are met
• Provide warm, professional guest service throughout events
• Assist with food and wine service, including passing trays and maintaining presentation standards
• Coordinate with internal teams (culinary, tasting room, operations) to ensure smooth event flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after events
• Help manage event inventory, including glassware, linens, and supplies
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve issues to enhance the overall experience

• Previous events experience in a restaurant, winery or hospitalty environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A polished and professional demeanor
• Basic wine knowledge or a willingness to learn
• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification (or ability to obtain)

Working Conditions

• Primarily on-site at the winery and event venues
• Requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Fast-paced, physically active environment
• Combination of indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions

Pay Range: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
