We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to install, maintain, and support computer systems across multiple company locations. This role is responsible for setting up and troubleshooting computers, cameras, phones, networks, and other office technology while ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and efficient.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a willingness to support users throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, operating systems, and peripheral devices.
- Set up and support computers, cameras, phones, printers, and other office equipment.
- Provide timely troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, and computer systems across multiple locations.
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets while providing excellent customer service to employees.
- Plan, organize, and support information technology operations and electronic data systems.
- Coordinate IT projects with internal departments and third-party vendors.
- Conduct system audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Support disaster recovery initiatives, system backups, and data protection processes.
- Maintain technical documentation and assist with IT policy implementation.
- Train and onboard users on company software applications and technology tools.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Provide technology support to all employees and departments throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- College student pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; or
- Minimum of four (4) years of IT Help Desk, Technical Support, or Systems Administration experience.
- Experience with Windows operating systems, computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Ability to travel between company locations as needed.
