Job Purpose
The main responsibilities of the job incumbent will be to assist all technicians’ indoor and outdoor interventions as well as the collection and delivery of products. He/ She will work hand in hand with the technicians to ensure an efficient & effective indoor and outdoor intervention and proper product handling.
Main Responsibilities
- To carry out tasks such as loading, unloading of household appliances
- Carrying and stacking these products in store
- Support technicians in their repairs at customers’ premises
- Ensure that the team follows Health & Safety practices and that only work allowing for such conformity is performed
- Ensure correct completion of paperwork
- Ensure that goods are safely secured
- Communicate with internal and external customers in a professional and timely manner
- Prioritize workload to ensure time commitments are met
Requirements
- Minimum SC or equivalent certificate
- Physically fit and healthy and good eyesight
- Holder of a valid driving license (P/Car for 2.5T)
- Experience in a similar work environment would be an advantage
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Willing to work odd hours
- Flexible, friendly and enthusiastic attitude
Specific physical requirement
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift heavy weight products repetitively
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
