We are looking for a dynamic and business-driven Learning & Development Executive to shape and deliver impactful learning initiatives across our organisation.
This is not a traditional training role. You will play a key part in building capability, driving performance, and supporting business growth across a fast-paced environment covering retail, operations, and support functions.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and development priorities
- Design and deliver high-impact learning solutions that drive performance
- Lead the execution of the annual training plan aligned with business objectives
- Facilitate engaging training sessions (classroom, on-the-job, and digital)
- Track and measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and their business impact
- Manage relationships with external training providers
- Ensure alignment with the Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) and optimise training grant utilisation
- Support talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability building
About you
- A degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Learning & Development or HR
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to link learning to business outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong organisational ability
