Processing Production Associate (Flex Position)

Summary:

Theory Wellness operates state-of-the-art cannabis cultivation and dispensing facilities in multiple states. We are seeking enthusiastic candidates to support day-to-day manufacturing operations. This role will be involved with nearly all day-to-day operations of our Bridgewater, MA, manufacturing facility. This position will primarily support label production operations but will also have the opportunity to work with all departments within the production facility.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Flower-Based Product Processing: Support all aspects of the packaging and processing of flower-based products, including but not limited to grinding, labeling, gramming, trimming, and assembling prerolls and infused prerolls.
• Flower-Based Infusion Processing: Support all aspects of infusing flower-based products to produce infused plant-based products such as infused prerolls, moon rocks, etc.

Cross-Departmental Support:

• Cross-Departmental Flexibility: Support various production departments in Bridgewater, including Labeling, Processing, Preroll, MIP (Manufactured Infused Products), Extraction, and Packaging, as directed.
• Inventory Support: Track cannabis and non-cannabis inventory accurately and compliantly within the inventory management system.
• Regulatory Compliance: Understand and adhere to state regulations and company procedures to ensure compliance and product quality.
• Work Environment Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, contributing to a positive and productive atmosphere.
• Department Familiarization: Gain knowledge of day-to-day operations across all production departments to effectively support where needed.
• Other Duties: Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Processing Manager, dept supervisors, or appointed leader.

Requirements:
1. At least 1 year working in the cannabis production space
2. Ability to perform repetitive tasks
3. Work best in a fast-paced environment
4. Ability to quickly and comfortably switch tasks
5. Comfortable working with multiple departments
6. Strong, systems, software, and computer skills
7. High energy, enthusiasm, and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
8. You have a passion for cannabis
9. You have a flexible schedule
10. Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required
11. Ability and willingness to focus on quality control and safety
12. Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities
13. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
14. Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with company stakeholders
15. At least 21 years of age
16. No drug-related felony; ability to pass a comprehensive background check
