We’ve got you covered! TMC will arrange and provide a CCC-SLP to guide and support you throughout your Clinical Fellowship Year, helping you work toward achieving your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).  Once you complete your CFY and obtain your CCC - Guaranteed Rate Increase!   In addition to CFY supervision, our new graduate SLPs have access to ongoing clinical mentorship, professional support, and a team dedicated to your success.     Responsibilities

    • Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services that improve communication, cognition, swallowing function and overall quality of life
    • Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals
    • Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients
    • Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
    • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs

    Qualifications:

    • Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice
    • Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program
    • Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
    • Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults
