SCCM Operations Manager

Role and responsibility:

1. Handle to track all the Operation activities like patching, non-compliance machines etc.,

1. Providing regular dashboard for each SCCM operation activities.

1. Follow- up with stakeholder timely.

1. Team motivation.

Below is the JD:

1.Software distribution, Patch Management using SCCM 2012

2.Manage deployment of all patches, critical updates and service packs on a timely basis.

3.Administration Knowledge and troubleshooting skills on ConfigMgr2012

4.Aware of Client Remediation and troubleshooting.

5.Should be able to handle test and release of applications and Patches using SCCM.

6.Software Deployment Process Knowledge on SCCM/Config Mgr and with Good knowledge on Mass Software Distribution, Collection Creation and Managing Advertisements

7.Monitor SCCM Platform health and mitigate identified problems.

8.Software Updates Distribution using SCCM and manage Patch Testing and Patch Deployment change and Release Process

9.Generating Custom report using SCCM Report/Queries based on customer requirement.

10.WSUS & SQL knowledge

Any graduate
