Job Description

The Sales (Associate / Senior Associate) is responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and managing the end-to-end sales process. The position has new business quota responsibilities with a smaller territory/accounts.

Responsibilities

This role will include, but is not limited to:

• Demonstrate Third Bridge’s value proposition across the entire suite of primary research services
• Prospect potential clients who meet onboarding criteria, develop relationships to better understand their broader research needs, and explore cross-selling opportunities.
• Assist the AVP / VP, Sales with user acquisition and prospecting strategies

Qualifications

Experience & Education

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
• Sales Experience: 1–4 years of proven B2B new business sales and client acquisition experience.
• Industry Knowledge: Financial services experience (domestic market) is required; familiarity with Indian public/private equity is preferred.
• Domain Expertise: Experience selling data and/or content services is preferred.

Sales & Pipeline Management

• Lead Generation: Proven ability to effectively create, network, and follow up on business leads.
• Pipeline Mastery: Demonstrated success managing pipelines and consistently delivering on targets.
• Consultative Selling: Ability to use a problem-solving, consultative approach to deliver customer solutions.

Skills & Core Competencies

• Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Relationship Building: Ability to quickly build relationships and deliver strategic, value-added insights (including over the phone).
• Drive & Presence: Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and possessing strong executive presence and sales acumen.
